Tony made another edit that is a real tribute to the riding skills of Ricardo.

Zabinski made this edit with the footage he had from filming for the Nocturnal video.

He also made this trails edit. The digging is at the Chicago trails the riding is at Willow St trails, but together it definitely shows the the work and fun that trails can be.

R.I.P. Ricardo Lopez

On Thanksgiving we lost a great friend. Ricardo really was an amazing guy and will be greatly missed. He could make you laugh at the at the goofiest stuff and blow your mind just watching him ride. I'll never understand why this happened, but I am very glad I had the opportunity to know him when he was here.

I want to thank everyone that came out, the sponsors(Odyssey, Animal, Kink, Profile, Standard, Proper, Terrible One,LNKF, Attitude Sports, and Nos Energy Drink. Dan Strean runs an awesome park and it was a lot of fun putting this thing together with him again. Also thanks go out the the judges and the locals parents selling food. Hopefully there will be a short web edit from the contest later this week.

Recent Happenings

Big Thanks to Quaggy and Fat Randy for having my out to their trail jam last Saturday. It was a great time the locals there put in a shit ton of work on that place. I stole the above pic from Pawell's flicker. Its not from the jam, but its of Quaggy at his trails and I liked it, so there. Brian Coleman was in town from Cali for the event.. I t was real good to see him. I owe him sleeves. Ask him. Bobby D and a crew also made it there from Ohio. Bobby is a kick ass
dude, so say hi to him if your ever at Ray's.

Steve was involved in some sort of shoot for Fuse channel. I guess Kachinkski o hooked that up. Steve was psyched about it and told me they were doing a little feature on Chicago BMX.

The 3rd Annual Bmx Extravaganza is coming up at Midway real soon. They recently put in some new ramps they acquired from Undercover. It will be a good time. A lot of sponsors are helping out this year. It is cheap and there should be a lot of goodies to win.
